Acceptable Use Policy

Effective 6 August 2026. This document is written and kept current by the team that operates PodAction and has not been reviewed by outside lawyers. When it changes materially, this date changes with it.

Use PodAction lawfully, and only with content you are allowed to process.

Do not: rip or download media from YouTube, Spotify or similar platforms; upload malware; try to reach our internal systems through the links you submit; attempt to extract our credentials; get around sign-in, usage limits or the checks that keep your data yours; or run automated attacks against the product.

Links you submit are checked before we fetch anything, and anything pointing at a private or internal address is refused. When we cannot fetch a link, we tell you and offer to take a pasted transcript or an upload instead — we never pretend an import worked.

Do not paste passwords, production credentials or other people's private information into a transcript or your profile. When AI processing is on, that content is sent to an AI provider and, under the provider settings we currently use, may be shared with that provider to evaluate and improve its models — the Privacy Notice describes this.

Some subjects are refused by our safety rules. Repeatedly trying to use PodAction for those may mean a request is refused without your free quota being returned.

We may slow down requests, ask you to pass a security check, or pause AI processing entirely when we need to.
