Refund Policy
Effective 6 August 2026. This document is written and kept current by the team that operates PodAction and has not been reviewed by outside lawyers. When it changes materially, this date changes with it.
Every paid plan comes with a 30-day refund on its first payment. If you are within 30 days of the first payment for a subscription plan and you want out, email us from the address you sign in with and we refund that payment in full. Renewal charges are outside that 30-day promise — cancelling before renewal is what stops them — but a renewal that goes through after you asked to cancel is refunded in full.
You can cancel at any time from Settings, under Billing. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps your access, and the credits from the period you already paid for, until that period ends; your sprints, evidence and check-ins stay saved. Approved sprints can be exported from their own pages. If the cancel control fails for you, email us from your sign-in address and we cancel it for you with the same effect.
One-time credit top-ups: email us within 30 days of the charge. A top-up whose credits are unused is refunded in full; a partly used top-up is refunded for the credits you have not used, at the price per credit you paid.
Refunds go back to the payment method you paid with, through Stripe. If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases; our 30-day refund is at least as generous, and nothing on this page limits any right your local law gives you.
Credits and plan access are confirmed by our servers. Landing on a payment success page does not by itself grant, remove or refund anything. If you were charged and see nothing on your account, email us with the date and time of the charge. Never send card details.
