Effective 6 August 2026. This document is written and kept current by the team that operates PodAction and has not been reviewed by outside lawyers. When it changes materially, this date changes with it.
These terms govern your use of PodAction. They are written and kept current by the team that operates PodAction and have not been reviewed by outside lawyers; this page states plainly how the product behaves, including for paid plans. When something material changes here, the effective date at the top changes with it, and if we change the terms that govern a paid plan you are on, we email you at your sign-in address before the change applies to you.
PodAction turns a podcast or long-form episode into a seven-day plan you can actually run. What you get is a plan tied back to what was said, not a summary.
You sign in with a one-time email link, and you may only use content you have the right to use. Do not upload or submit anything that is not yours or that you do not have permission to process. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to create an account — PodAction is not directed at children.
Do not use PodAction to rip or download platform media. We read YouTube only through its public captions and Spotify only through public information; when we cannot get a transcript legitimately, we ask you to paste or upload one instead.
We keep a clear line between what a speaker actually said and what PodAction worked out for you, and every step of a plan says which it is. What you tell us about your goals changes what we recommend — it never changes what the episode actually says.
The service is provided as-is while in development, and features may change. AI processing costs real money, so we may limit how much runs in a period, or pause it entirely.
Paid subscription plans and one-time credit top-ups are priced in US dollars and billed through Stripe. The plans on sale at any moment, and what each includes, are stated on the pricing page — these terms deliberately do not name them, so this page can never contradict the catalog. Refunds and cancellation are governed by the Refund Policy, and your card details go to Stripe, never to us. Returning from a payment page never grants you a paid plan by itself — only a payment confirmed by our servers does.
We may suspend access for abuse, for automated scraping, for attempts to reach other people's data, or for breaking the Acceptable Use Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, where PodAction is operated from, and a dispute we cannot resolve with you directly goes to the courts of Brazil. If you use PodAction as a consumer, none of that takes away consumer rights that the law of your own country gives you and does not let you waive, and it does not stop you from bringing a claim in your own country where your law gives you that right.
